Bonding surface cleanliness

The cleanliness of the composite surface of ASA film and PVC substrate, such as dust, oil, impurities, etc., directly affects the adhesive fastness, and thus requires that the ASA film be free of dust, dirt, and other dirt. PVC substrate without impurities, no unplasticized particles. When the ASA film and the metal material are combined, the metal material is desmeared with a cleaning liquid and then cleaned with water.
