In the past 40 years, the application of water-reducing agents in concrete has developed rapidly. As a new generation of water-reducing agents, Polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE) have become an essential component for the preparation of high-performance concrete.

Grinding is the most energy-intensive link in the cement production process. Improving the grinding mechanical structure and adding grinding aids during the grinding process are effective measures to reduce energy consumption and improve grinding efficiency. With the implementation of the energy saving and emission reduction strategy, the proportion of grinding aids used in China's cement grinding process has exceeded 50%. Although the use of grinding aids has greatly reduced the grinding energy consumption of the cement industry, it has seriously affected the cement and various Adaptability among different admixtures.

Triethanolamine(TEA) is an important component of grinding aids commonly used in the industry. Studies have shown that there is a large difference in particle dispersibility, fineness and particle size distribution between the cement milled with the grinding aid and the non-admixed ones. These differences will affect the hydration process of the cement and the reduction of the cement. The adsorption characteristics of water molecules, which in turn have a certain impact on the adaptability of cement to water reducing agents.

We supply Triethanolamine, Triisopropanolamine and Diethanolisopropanolamine.
