Application scope:
1. The daily chemical industry utilizes mildness, low irritation, easy degradability, and fine foam as its core strengths in products such as laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash. These properties serve as the main surfactant or synergist, enhancing foam, detergency, and mildness.
2. In the industrial cleaning industry, APG remains stable under conditions of strong alkalinity and high-hardness water, making it an ideal green auxiliary agent for industrial cleaning. It can be used in hard surface cleaners, food processing equipment cleaners, metal cleaners, etc. It is resistant to hard water, produces low or medium foam, and is easy to rinse.
3. In terms of pesticides and agricultural adjuvants, APG is derived from natural sources and is environmentally friendly. It is the mainstream choice for green adjuvants in modern pesticides. It can be used as an emulsifier, wetting agent, and spreading agent for pesticides, improving the adhesion and penetration of the liquid, and exhibiting good environmental compatibility.
4. In the emulsion polymerization and polymer materials industry, APG, as a nonionic environmentally friendly emulsifier, is used in coatings, adhesives, and textile coatings to enhance emulsion stability and water resistance; in water-based coatings, it can improve the dispersibility of pigments/fillers, enhance film leveling, gloss, and adhesion; and as a phase transfer catalyst and dispersant for polymer synthesis, it can be used in the preparation of microcapsules and nanomaterials.
5. In the field of biomedicine and cosmetics excipients, it can be used as a base for ointments and creams to improve skin compatibility; in microbial fermentation, it can be used as a defoaming agent, wetting agent, and nutritional supplement without inhibiting the activity of the microbial cells;
