Industrial cleaning technology can be divided into fine chemical cleaning, physical cleaning and biological cleaning according to the principle of cleaning.

Among them, fine chemical cleaning technology has the longest history, the most kinds and the most widely used.

Chemical cleaning according to the water content can be divided into organic solvent cleaning, water-based cleaning,

semi-water-based cleaning three categories.

Chemical cleaner

Organic solvent cleaning agent

Organic solvent cleaning agent mainly refers to the organic solvent that does not contain water in the composition, mostly hydrocarbon solvent,

halogenated hydrocarbon solvent, alcohol solvent, ether solvent, ketone solvent, ester solvent, phenolic solvent, mixed solvent as the cleaning body.

It is characterized by fast cleaning speed, low surface tension, good fluidity, large volatility, and can dissolve oil like water dissolves sugar.

Because organic solvents are volatile to the environment, polluting the environment, toxic to the human body, flammable and explosive and other defects,

in recent years, various research institutions have continuously studied and found that less toxic and less volatile organic solvent cleaning

agents are the development direction.

Water based cleaning agent

Water-based cleaning agent is to realize the cleaning of oil and grease by means of wetting, emulsifying, permeating, dispersing and solubilizing of surfactants,

emulsifiers and penetrants. The meaning of water-based cleaning agent can also be simply said to be soluble water with water, and the cleaning agent

used can be diluted with water, such as civilian dishwashing detergent can also be said to be water-based cleaning agent. However,

the water-based cleaning agent mentioned here is mainly used for industrial cleaning.

From the initial alkaline inorganic salt solution, to later a variety of surfactants and various additives, and then to the present special surfactants,

industrial water-based cleaners have developed rapidly, and it is the development direction of cleaners with the greatest development potential so far.
