Diethanolisopropanolamine (C7H17N03), another name is N,N-BIS(2-HYDROXYETHYL)ISOPROPANOLAMINE and short name is DEIPA. It is colorless or yellowish transparent viscous liquid.

 

Diethanolisopropanolamine was produced in the 1990s. It is mainly used in surfactant, cement grinding acid, daily cosmetics and fabric softener. Production and consumption are mainly concentrated in China, the United States, South Korea, India, Europe and so on.
