Effect of TIPA on the strength of slag cement mortar

In the production process of slag cement, the slag has higher hardness and poor abrasiveness, and it is difficult to achieve the ideal effect when grinding with cement together. It is serious that the early activation of slag reduces the early strength of slag cement. Therefore, when co-grinding cement and slag, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of grinding aid to effectively improve the grinding rate.

Common grinding aids are  DEIPA  ,  TEA  and  TIPA . Here, TIPA has a strong polar three-dimensional spatial molecular structure. It can disperse the particles well, so that the particles in the cement do not agglomerate and form a large surface area, thereby achieving a good grinding aid effect.
