Metal cutting fluid that reduces the likelihood of workpiece damage

In daily processing, the factory will use the corresponding metal cutting fluid in 

order to maintain the accuracy of the cutting tool, the surface finish of the workpiece 

and extend the service life of the tool. At the same time, a variety of different types of 

metal cutting fluids are used to meet the requirements of daily processing.

When the workpiece is processed in the factory, metal cutting fluid is used as a lubricant for

 daily processing. At the same time, the cutting fluid is composed of soluble oil and synthetic 

fluid mixture, and will be added in the cutting fluid appropriate amount of rust prevention agent,

 so as to prevent the workpiece rust.

Because the cutting fluid can effectively reduce the friction between the tool and the workpiece,

and can greatly reduce the heat generated in the cutting process. Therefore, the tool life can be 

extended correspondingly, while reducing the possibility of workpiece damage.
