and other superplasticizer or modified components of poor compatibility. Because people's understanding about it is relatively shallow 

at the present stage, the application of accumulated experience is less, the solution of this technical problem is not an overnight.

Since the slump of concrete prepared by mixing polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent is generally large, coupled with the low viscosity of the mix, 

the vibration radius and vibration time of the concrete mix after pouring should be determined through the test, or should follow the guidance of experts. 

If the vibration radius is too small, or the vibration time is too long, it is easy to cause serious reduction of concrete gas content, serious stratification of 

aggregate phase and slurry phase and other structural defects.

In any situation, for any concrete mix, the initial and post-casting curing is very important. Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer has little effect on the 

dry shrinkage performance of concrete, or adding it does not excessively increase the dry shrinkage of concrete, by no means means that adding 

superplasticizer concrete can relax or even cancel curing.
