One Step Oil Removal by Pickling

Generally, steel and copper and their alloy parts can be removed by pickling degreasing one-step method. This method has good oil removal effect, and can also remove polishing paste (wax removal), while removing oil, the rust and oxide film on the surface of the parts are also removed at the same time, and the time is only 1 to 2min. The formula is sulfuric acid 200~250g/L, OP 10 emulsifier 10~15g/L, thiourea 3~5g/L, temperature 65~75℃. Copper degreasing can be used 150~200g/L sulfuric acid, PC-3 copper degreasing agent 30~35g/L, temperature 65~75℃. This formula can also be used for copper-iron composite parts, where copper ions are not replaced on iron parts.

In the process of pickling oil removal, a layer of grease will float on the surface of the solution, and it should be promptly put into the oil-water separator with a spoon. This oil can be recycled by separating and filtering oil from water. If it is convenient, the oil removal tank can be designed with an oil spill port, and the floating oil can flow out from the oil spill port, and then use a plastic pump to pump to the oil-water separator. Therefore, to remove the surface oil slick, one is to prevent it from flowing into the water body, causing pollution, and the other is to avoid the oil slick sticking to the dirty parts.

This solution needs to be replaced when iron ions accumulate too much.

After the replacement solution is filtered and frozen, ferrous sulfate can also be recovered, and the frozen filtered solution can still be used, so that the pollution can be reduced to the lowest degree.
