Sodium Gluconate Used as Special Cleaner for Glass Bottles

In beverage industry, food industry and brewing industry, millions of glass bottles, such as soda bottles, beer bottles, milk bottles, canned bottles, soy sauce bottles, wine bottles, etc., are cleaned every day. 

The formulation of detergent is a difficult technical work. 

At present, there is no ideal drug in China. The main problems are: poor descaling ability, easy blockage of the nozzle and pipeline of the bottle washer; unsatisfactory decontamination ability of bottle stickers and bottleneck rust; unsatisfactory food residues after washing (such as phosphate residues); discharge of washing water into public hazards (which can not meet the national standards). 

If sodium gluconate is used as the main ingredient in the formulation of glass bottle detergent, the above problems can be solved easily. 

(Large-scale tests have been carried out in Shanghai Steam Water Plant and Shanghai Brewery in the 1980s, which have been proved by appraisal.) The application in this field has not been developed in China, and if it forms a market, it has great potential.
