Cement grinding aids have been introduced into the field of cement production for many years. They play a very important role in improving grinding efficiency and reducing energy consumption. At the same time, more and more cement enterprises in southern Liaoning are transforming into grinding stations, whose main products are granulated blast furnace slag powder and composite Portland cement. This paper will focus on the effect of grinding aids on the properties of granulated blast furnace slag powder and composite Portland cement. The specific contents are as follows: Firstly, the grinding aids of two kinds of alkanolamine grinding aids on blast furnace slag, slag Portland cement and composite Portland cement are studied. The specific surface area of slag powder mixed with grinding aids is tested, the grinding effect of slag Portland cement is tested, and the grinding effect of composite Portland cement with different mixtures is tested to analyze the grinding effect of these two kinds of alcohol amine grinding aids one by one. Secondly, through the compounding of triethanolamine and triisopropanolamine, the compound cement grinding aids were made to test the grinding effect of composite Portland cement. In addition, the compound grinding aids were developed with triisopropanolamine as the main compound object. It is found that both TEA and TIPA have good grinding aids for slag, while both TEA and TIPA have enhanced some indexes of slag Portland cement, and TIPA is better than TEA. In addition, the grinding aids for composite Portland cement depend on the composition of composite Portland cement to a certain extent. However, the results of the combination of the two grinding aids show that the mixing effect of the two kinds of alcohol-amine grinding aids is only a simple superposition, but can not make the grinding effect more remarkable through the combination of the two kinds of alcohol-amine grinding aids. At the same time, it is not difficult to find TIPA as a substitute for TEA in the compound test of triisopropanolamine, which can play a good grinding effect and greatly reduce the production cost of cement grinding aids. reduction
