Tween 80 ,also called polysorbate 80 ,is one of non-ionic surfactant and emulsifier,often used in food,daliy chemical,textile and madicine.

Made by Sorbitan and oleic acid,the appearance is amber liquid,easily soluble in water,is ethylene oxide polymer.

It is a widely used ingredient.
