Horizon chemical is located in the Yuanshi Industrial Park in Shijiazhuang, with an designed annual capacity of 400000 tons, concentrated in the production of admixtures (TIPA-Triisopropanolamine, HPEG & PCE-polycarboxylate superplasticizer) and surface active agents (PEG-polyethylene glycol, Twain, AEO) and the development and production of new technology products (PEA, ASA film).
