Alcohol Ethoxylates (AE or AEO) are a major class of non-ionic surfactants.Fatty Alcohol Ethoxylates are produced by reacting natural fatty alcohol with Ethylene Oxide (EO). Regarding chemical structure of alcohol ethoxylate, the more the ethylene oxide groups added to the fatty alcohol, the higher the hydrophilicity of the alcohol ethoxylate molecule.
