Detergent demulsifier for domestic and industrial sewage treatment agent

Before the treatment of detergent wastewater, it can be known that its main pollutants are surfactants, fatty acids, phosphates, etc., which is a wastewater with poor biochemical property, strong foaming property, high COD, and difficult to degrade. It can be treated by biochemical process, and the whole process includes: grid tank → grease trap → regulating tank → sedimentation tank → hydrolytic acidification → contact oxidation → sedimentation tank → clear pool. Detergent demulsifier is added to the front sedimentation tank to further remove the impurities that the grid tank fails to remove and improve the water purification effect.

Adding demulsifier and PAM flocculant before and after the cleaning detergent can make the wastewater clear quickly. In a small test with 100ml of raw water, the reaction can start in 1 second after adding Pam and stirring, and the precipitation can be completed in about 10 seconds. The premise of having a better flocculation effect and precipitation speed requires a fixed quantitative process, so the small test is very important, so that more accurate dosing data can be obtained, and it is also relatively accurate and close to the actual operation data. In the process of treating washing wastewater, PAC can not be used. Demulsifier can be used alone, but it is generally recommended to use demulsifier +PAM solution to achieve rapid precipitation after demulsification.
