Dye affinity of levelling agent

Principle of action: When the affinity of the levelling agent to the dye is greater than the affinity of the dye to the fiber, before the dye is adsorbed by the fiber, the levelling agent first pulls the dye, and then combines to form a stable aggregate, and the dye is separated from the levelling agent to combine with the fiber, thereby reducing the dye mobility and diffusion speed, and increasing the dyeing time. At high temperature, this stable aggregate is in contact with the fiber, producing decomposition, and then releasing the dye, and then combining the dye with the fiber, so as to achieve the purpose of leveling.

(1) Slow dyeing effect: the levelling agent combines with the dye, reduces the combination of the dye and the fiber, and increases the dyeing of the dye

(2) Transfer dyeing effect: this dyephilic levelling agent has a pull on the dye that has been dyed in the fiber, so for the uneven dyeing of the fabric, part of the dye on the deep color can be pulled back into the dyeing bath, and then transferred to the shallow color to achieve even dyeing. So this levelling agent has the effect of shifting dye.
