Economic Performance of ASA film for resin tile

ASA resin tile super weatherproof functional film is made from ASA engineering plastics. The products have excellent weather-ability, UV resistance and aging resistance, and have super high toughness. The traditional synthetic tile is produced by CO extrusion process between ASA and PVC. Due to the high requirement for equipment, mould, raw and auxiliary materials, formula and process conditions, the production process is complex, and it is easy to produce uneven coating and scratching. ASA super weatherable functional film effectively solves the above problems. After coating, the products are smooth, scratch free, glossy, fine and smooth. Product color is easier to replace, uniform thickness, simple operation, less waste, and products need no drying.
