PCE 50%=834USD  Per Ton

PCE 70%=1113 USD  Per Ton

For PCE 70% effective same as PCE 50% in Application process. For example, If you add 0.2% PCE 50%, Now You add 0.143% PCE 70% will meet same result. (0.2*0.5≈0.143*0.7).

So for 1% content PCE product, The PCE 70% will be more cheaper than PCE50% both in produce cost and Transport cost.
