The effect of the grinding agent on the grinding and grinding of granulated blast furnace slag produced by a company, and the slag compound grinding aid was developed with triisopropanolamine and triethanolamine as the main components.
The test results show that 9 kinds of grinding aid monomer have a certain grinding effect on the slag. Under the same grinding conditions, the addition of grinding aids can increase the specific surface area of the slag powder. With the increase in the amount of grinding aids, the specific surface area of the slag powder increases significantly, but there is one for each grinding aid monomer. A reasonable amount of good; among them, triisopropanolamine, triethanolamine and gypsum have good stimulating effect on slag composite cementitious materials, which is beneficial to its early strength development. Triisopropanolamine and triethanolamine were used as the main components, and compound grinding aids were prepared by compounding glycerol and ethyl acetate at different ratios. The results showed that triethanolamine-ethyl acetate and triisopropanolamine-C Triol-based, triisopropanolamine-triethanolamine-based grinding aids on slag fines and the excitation effect of composite cementitious materials are significant. Different types and amounts of gypsum have different effects on the grinding and stimulating effects of slag, of which dihydrate gypsum works best. The composite grinding aid was used as the main component, and different proportions of dihydrate gypsum were added to prepare the slag compound grinding aid. The effect of the compound grinding aid on the mechanical properties of the slag composite cementitious material was studied. The performance indicators of slag grinding aids are better than those of single-component grinding aids and composite grinding aids, and the cost is lower.
