Study on the application of modified glycerol to prepare cement grinding aid

Through the modification experiment of glycerol, modified glycerol was obtained 

combined with sodium dodecyl sulfonate to get slag complex grinding aid. 

The molar ratio of N2-N- to formic acid is 1:1.4,

 the dosage of sulfuric acid is 0.30%, the reaction temperature is 85℃, the reaction time is 2.5h, 

the modified glycerol grinding aid is excellent. 

When the molar ratio of modified glycerol to sodium dodecyl sulfonate was 4,

 the slag grinding aid performance was the best. 

Through the experiment of composite slag grinding aid, 

when the mixing amount of grinding aid is 0.04%,

the strength and grinding performance of high mixing amount of slag is best, 

and the influence on cement hydration is analyzed by XRD and SEM.
