Application Instruction of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Flake

Introduction for solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer flake:

New solid superplasticizer mother liquor, using one-step synthesis, it is new generation concrete water reducer developed based on the conventional liquid water reducing agent.

Its product advantages are: Money saving: reduce long-distance transport costs, 99% high content performance without performance attenuation.

Time saving: the usage is convenient without re synthesis, can be used directly after formulation.

Avoid problems: no pollutant emissions in use, convenient storage and long shelf life.

Usage of solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer flake:

1, Directly add solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor and the required water to the mixing equipment, fully dissolving and stirring evenly,  and get the liquid solution. In order to improve the dissolving efficiency, it is recommended preparation concentration should not be too high, 5% - 20% is appropriate.

2, The solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor dissolved and the liquid polycarboxylic acid mother liquor got can be compounded with other functional matters. It is recommended to dissolve the solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor completely first and then do compound operation.

Special note:

If sodium nitrite and sodium gluconate be used in the process of compound, must do the neutralization operation first to ensure the pH be within 7.0±0.5. And the recommended neutralization ratio is 16.5 Kg solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor add 1.0 Kg caustic soda.
